TWD: Semolina Bread
Unfortunately, a not so great outcome for me… :( (A second not so satisfactory outcome after the disaster of my French Strawberry Cake)
The dough was sticky and a bit too “soft” for me but I persevered on as the P&Qs mentioned that it might be. Stuck it in the oven and waited.
The result however, was not that great… It had baked a bit flat and could have done with a tad less salt. If I ever decide to retry this bread, I think I may need to chuck in some additional flour into the mix.
